Sahih Bukhari 2183, 2184 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not sell fruits of dates until they become free from all the dangers of being spoilt or blighted; and do not sell fresh dates for dry dates."
Narrated Salim and `Abdullah from Zaid bin Habit' رضی اللہ عنہ "Later on Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) permitted the selling of ripe fruits on trees for fresh dates or dried dates in Bai'-al-'Araya, and did not allow it for any other kind of sale."
Sahih Bukhari 2183, 2184 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، پھل ( درخت پر کا ) اس وقت تک نہ بیچو جب تک اس کا پکا ہونا نہ کھل جائے ۔ اور درخت پر لگی ہوئی کھجور کو خشک کھجور کے بدلے میں نہ بیچو ۔
سالم نے بیان کیا کہ مجھے عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے خبر دی ، اور انہیں زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ بعد میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیع عریہ کی تر یا خشک کھجور کے بدلہ میں اجازت دے دی تھی لیکن اس کے سوا کسی صورت کی اجازت نہیں دی تھی ۔
Sahih Bukhari 2183, 2184 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ "لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ، وَلاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ". قَالَ سَالِمٌ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَخَّصَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِالرُّطَبِ أَوْ بِالتَّمْرِ، وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ فِي غَيْرِهِ.
