Sahih Bukhari 1849 – English Translation
While a man was standing with the Prophet (ﷺ) at `Arafat, he fell from his Mount and his neck was crushed by it. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Wash the deceased with water and Sidr and shroud him in two pieces of cloth, and neither perfume him nor cover his head, for Allah will resurrect him on the Day of Resurrection and he will be reciting Talbiya."
Sahih Bukhari 1849 – Urdu Translation
میدان عرفات میں ایک شخص نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ٹھہرا ہوا تھا کہ اپنی اونٹنی سے گر پڑا اور اس اونٹنی نے اس کی گردن توڑ ڈالی ، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے اسے غسل دو اور احرام ہی کے دو کپڑوں کا کفن دو لیکن خوشبو نہ لگانا نہ اس کا سر چھپانا کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت میں اسے لبیک کہتے ہوئے اٹھائے گا ۔
Sahih Bukhari 1849 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ بَيْنَا رَجُلٌ وَاقِفٌ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعَرَفَةَ إِذْ وَقَعَ عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ، فَوَقَصَتْهُ ـ أَوْ قَالَ فَأَقْعَصَتْهُ ـ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ ـ أَوْ قَالَ ثَوْبَيْهِ ـ وَلاَ تُحَنِّطُوهُ، وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْعَثُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُلَبِّي ".
