Sahih Bukhari 1634 – English Translation
Al `Abbas bin `Abdul-Muttalib رضی اللہ عنہ asked the permission of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to let him stay in Mecca during the nights of Mina in order to provide the pilgrims with water to drink, so the Prophet (ﷺ) permitted him.
Sahih Bukhari 1634 – Urdu Translation
عباس بن عبدالمطلب رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اپنے پانی ( زمزم کا حاجیوں کو ) پلانے کے لیے منیٰ کے دنوں میں مکہ ٹھہرنے کی اجازت چاہی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو اجازت دے دی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ اسْتَأْذَنَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَبِيتَ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِ، فَأَذِنَ لَهُ.
