Sahih Bukhari 1426 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best charity is that which is practiced by a wealthy person. And start giving first to your dependents."
Sahih Bukhari 1426 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا بہترین خیرات وہ ہے جس کے دینے کے بعد آدمی مالدار رہے ۔ پھر صدقہ پہلے انہیں دو جو تمہاری زیر پرورش ہیں ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَيْرُ الصَّدَقَةِ مَا كَانَ عَنْ ظَهْرِ غِنًى، وَابْدَأْ بِمَنْ تَعُولُ ".
