Sahih Bukhari 1372 – English Translation
A Jewess came to her and mentioned the punishment in the grave, saying to her, "May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave." `Aisha then asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about the punishment of the grave. He said, "Yes, (there is) punishment in the grave." `Aisha added, "After that I never saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) but seeking refuge with Allah from the punishment in the grave in every prayer he prayed." Ghundar added: The tourment in the grave is a fact.
Sahih Bukhari 1372 – Urdu Translation
ایک یہودی عورت ان کے پاس آئی ۔ اس نے عذاب قبر کا ذکر چھیڑ دیا اور کہا کہ اللہ تجھ کو عذاب قبر سے محفوظ رکھے ۔ اس پر عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عذاب قبر کے بارے میں دریافت کیا ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کا جواب یہ دیا کہ ہاں عذاب قبر حق ہے ۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ پھر میں نے کبھی ایسا نہیں دیکھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کوئی نماز پڑھی ہو اور اس میں عذاب قبر سے اللہ کی پناہ نہ مانگی ہو ۔ غندر نے «عذاب القبر حق» کے الفاظ زیادہ کئے ۔
Sahih Bukhari 1372 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، سَمِعْتُ الأَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّ يَهُودِيَّةً، دَخَلَتْ عَلَيْهَا، فَذَكَرَتْ عَذَابَ الْقَبْرِ، فَقَالَتْ لَهَا أَعَاذَكِ اللَّهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ. فَسَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ فَقَالَ " نَعَمْ عَذَابُ الْقَبْرِ ". قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ فَمَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعْدُ صَلَّى صَلاَةً إِلاَّ تَعَوَّذَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ. زَادَ غُنْدَرٌ " عَذَابُ الْقَبْرِ حَقٌّ ".
