Sahih Bukhari 1333 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) informed about the news of the death of An-Najash on the day he died. He went out with us to the Musalla and we aligned in rows and he said four Takbirs for An-Najashi's funeral prayer.
Sahih Bukhari 1333 – Urdu Translation
نجاشی کا جس دن انتقال ہوا اسی دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کی وفات کی خبر دی اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم صحابہ کے ساتھ عیدگاہ گئے ۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صف بندی کرائی اور چار تکبیریں کہیں ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَعَى النَّجَاشِيَّ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ، وَخَرَجَ بِهِمْ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى فَصَفَّ بِهِمْ، وَكَبَّرَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعَ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ.
