Sahih Bukhari 5772 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "there is neither 'Adwa nor Tiyara, and an evil omen is only in three: a horse, a woman and a house."
Sahih Bukhari 5772 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا چھوت لگ جانے کی کوئی حقیقت نہیں ہے بد شگونی کی کوئی اصل نہیں ۔ ( اگر ممکن ہوتی تو ) نحوست تین چیزوں میں ہوتی ۔ گھوڑے میں عورت میں اور گھر میں ۔

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَحَمْزَةُ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ عَدْوَى، وَلاَ طِيَرَةَ، إِنَّمَا الشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلاَثٍ فِي الْفَرَسِ، وَالْمَرْأَةِ، وَالدَّارِ ".
