Angels of Protection: Quran verses

Angels of Protection:

Asalam-o-alakum, dear readers, there are angels that are protecting us by the will of Allah. Following are the Quranic verse and hadith in its evidence.

[86:4]إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ

There is no soul but that it has over it a protector. [86:4]

In another verse of Quran, Allah says there are angels responsible for guarding people throughout their lives:

For each one there are successive angels before and behind, protecting them by Allah’s command.[13:11]

In other words, while the angels are protecting a person, it is by the will and permission of Allah.

If a calamity is to befall a person, the angels withdraw by the command of Allah. In other words the angels only follow the commands of Allah.

They, (angels) disobey not, the Commands they receive from God, but do that which they are commanded. [Quran 66:6]
